Policy

Shipping:

U.S Orders:

Orders typically take 2-3 days to process but could take up to 15 days. After processing shipping within the US is 2-5 days. Shipping outside the US is 10-20 days.

Pre-order, Custom, & Made to order items: These items typically take 7-21 days to ship but may take up to 35 days.

International Orders:

 Orders typically take 2-3 days to process but could take up to 15 days. After processing shipping outside the U.S is 10-20 days

Tracking #:

All orders receive a tracking number via email once the order has been packaged.

Ambitious Avenue is not responsible for any delays, stikes, or backcharges once shipped off. We also are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns but we do exchanges. If the item you ordered was to big or too small you can exchange it for another size within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be in good condition and no damages. Before exchanging the items please email me first; in the email state your name, what you ordered, and what size you need. 

There are no exchanges/returns on cosmetics, and customs

Refunds:

Refunds will NOT be in place because customer was not aware of any Shipping and Processing Times and Policies. Refunds will also not be in place because of the package being delayed due to USPS.  Refunds will also not be in place if the order has been shipped. Refunds will only be in place if i have made a mistake on my part or if the customer has not received their item within  2 months of ordering. 

Cancel an order:

All sales are final!
